Went for ladies night out and couldn't ask for better service, food and drinks. Our server Vianey, bartender, Kevin and host Israel were the nicest. Kevin even took our photo in front of the flower bear. Definitely coming back for happy hour.

Wow! Parking is not so easy here. It was a Friday night and the whole area was hopping! We walked in and immediately got seated. It was busy yet there was room for the 5 of us. Shown to our seats and the waitress came immediately to the table for our drink orders. We ordered the margarita sampler. You really have to try this. I loved the cucumber and ordered a full one with my meal. Everyone in the group picked their favorites. We had chips to munch on. The red sauce is tasty but drips! Hard to keep your manners with sauce on your sweater. We all ordered something different. I got the 2 tacos meal. Chicken and pastor? Eff yes! The beans and rice were like no other. Dang! We barely had leftovers. Desert anyone? Yes! I stuffed myself with tres leche cake. I think I'm dumping my husband for this cake. My new love! Throughout the night, the waitress was spot on! The atmosphere definitely had a vibe. I wanted to only give a 4 star but that would severely discount this place. Not sure why the scores are lower on this site. Great place for dinner!

This was nice in terms of service and atmosphere but I felt like the food was just okay. It didn't have the kick of other places I've been to, but the dine in experience was super good. Service was stellar. I got the Frida combo and the chips and dip that comes with every table was a good start. The kids menu was nice too. They had comfy booth seating which does make the experience really nice for bigger groups!

Came to Frida's for a group dinner and we had a great time! The patio was a great space and provided fresh die but also warm enough w the heaters. We started with the table side guacamole that was very fresh. We got the queso fresco w mushrooms and ate it with the tortilla. I'm a flour girlie and loved this combo. For my main, i got the enchiladas trio. The mole was good but a bit on the sweeter side. The rojo and verde were solid but not unique. For dessert: the churros were pretty good, the flan and the flan was nice and dense. The fried ice cream had an interesting fry texture but the scoop was too big for us to really appreciate it. Not sure if I'm a fan of that one lol Overall 5/5 for vibe, 4/5 for food, 5/5 for service.

How am I lost to know Frida opened in Cerritos? I love the place. we went last night for my father's 83rd birthday and had the best service and food. Great portions, very attentive and patient service by Cesar. For my parents many strange and detailed needs. Lots of birthday celebrations around us. They do a good job of singing to the birthday boy and making him feel special Love the free lollipops at the front desk, perfect size for the kiddos I'm excited to learn they have a mariachi brunch on Sundays so I have to come back for that Thank you for offering upscale and delicious Mexican restaurant choice in the area!
